CLI에서 fastlane으로 App Store Connect에 iOS 직접 업로드 — 빌드를 TestFlight로(pilot), 메타데이터+스크린샷을(deliver) ASC API 키로 push. Xcode Organizer도 수동 ASC 폼 입력도 없이. ASC 키(ASC_KEY_ID/ISSUER_ID/P8)를 txenv vault에서 부트스트랩. 모든 업로드는 허가 필요 행동 — /flutter-loop 중에도 먼저 확인; "Submit for Review"는 사람 클릭 유지. /flutter-release·/flutter-screenshot가 사용. "테스트플라이트 올려줘", "앱스토어에 직접 올려줘", "ASC 업로드" 시 사용. 옛 asc-upload 레퍼런스 승격.
