txapps API(api.peppertree.so/mcp)를 대화로 감싸는 래퍼 — 아이디어 추가·승격, 앱 라이프사이클 status/progress 업데이트, 릴리즈·문서·Google Play 조회 및 수정을 로컬 저장소 없이 대화만으로. txapps DB가 SSOT이고 txconfig는 로컬 캐시 동기화 담당. 상태를 바꾸면 txapps, 파일을 맞추면 txconfig. "아이디어 추가", "{app} 리뷰로 올려줘", "{idea} 승격해줘", "지금 뭐 하고 있지" 시 사용.
