txconfig.yaml과 .txconfig/ 폴더를 txapps DB에 맞춤 — DB가 SSOT이고 로컬 파일은 캐시. pull(DB → 로컬)이 기본이고 push는 최초 등록(init)·대량 로컬 편집 예외. 상태 변경은 txapps 스킬, 파일 맞추기는 txconfig.
